Select the product - next screen should show the price and description of the product. |

Click on Buy now. If you want CD version mailed select on Buy CD option for $25/- extra. |

It will take to Paypal ( You can pay with PayPAL or any credit card) and finish the buying process. |

On successful completion of buying it will automaticaaly give access to the download. |

You can instantly download the files required. |

Using the installation instruction the software can be installed and you will be able to use it instantly. |

SYE knowledge and Case base Engine will be of file size 14MB |

Knowledgebase - KB will be of file size approximately 2-5 mb depends upon the knowledgebase chosen. |

Click on
SYE engine download - (If you have not downloaded earlier for another product). |

Click on Save. Select the Desktop as the "Save in" location. Click Save again. |
6. |
After the download. Close the download window and go to your desktop. |
7. |
Select the file and right click on the mouse and select winzip - Extract to and select C:\. |
8. |
Repeat the same process for every Knowledgebase you buy. |
9. |
All your installation files will be stored under C:\. This can be written into CD. |

Installation Instructions |
1. |
Install SYE knowledge and Case base Engine,if you have not already done so for a different knowledgebase.

Install the knowledgebase - KB |
3. |
Go to Start and start the
SYE. |
4. |
Select the KB |
5. |
First time it will ask for License number You can hit cancel and use it for 3 days before obtaining a permanent licence. |
